In purchasing the vehicle I had a very positive experience with everyone on the Escondido Hyundai staff with whom I interacted. Special praise goes to Raz Kazimi, Gabriel Marguia, and Sal Valez. A super friendly and highly professional Raz made the initial contact with me, scheduled my test drive of the Ioniq, arranged for my interaction with the floor sales people, picked up my new car in Victorville and drove it to Escondido, and showed me how to operate the controls and electronic systems in my new car. Meanwhile, Gabriel and Sal worked tirelessly for several days to locate and arrange the swap for the vehicle I wanted. Gabriel also accompanied me during the test drive of the vehicle.
