I went in for regular maintenance, and Mr. Jorge Caldera was my Service Advisor. I addressed Jorge the issue that I had with my car, and he effectively solved the problem. Mario was excellent. Understandably due to the current times the waiting area was outside, hot and noisy but that was the only downside. They do have wifi so that helped. I was in for my first service after purchase so wasn't expecting issues and as expected there weren't. Thought when I bought the car they said service includes cleaning but I only got a spray down on the outside. Nothing in the interior. Just a misunderstanding on my part but now I know what is meant by cleaning and what to expect for my next service. Anyway, overall, happy with the service and dealership. Still love my Ioniq plug-in. Best purchase I've made in a while. More
