We purchased our 2017 Tucson from this Dealership. When we brought it into the Service Dept., due to the air conditioner not operating correctly, the Service Advisor, Kodi Spicer wasn’t friendly and was ab we brought it into the Service Dept., due to the air conditioner not operating correctly, the Service Advisor, Kodi Spicer wasn’t friendly and was abrupt. It felt like we were bothering him. Initially, when we drove up to the Service Dept., the Staff that accepts the car and identifies the work was very friendly and professional. Yet, when the wife and I walked into the Service Dept Office, it was the complete opposite. If I have a choice, I will never return to this Hyundai Service Department again! More
My check engine lite was on & my Elantra was missing & had lost power. My usual dealership was unable to even look at my car for over a month! I called Escondido Hyundai & My vehicle was seen, diagnosed & had lost power. My usual dealership was unable to even look at my car for over a month! I called Escondido Hyundai & My vehicle was seen, diagnosed & repaired under warranty within 2 days!! Definitely 5 star service!! I am happy to have found a new dealership! More
The only reason I came to buy my car at Hyundai Escondido was because of the great customer service I had in the past. Suddenly the tailpipe looks like it started to fall, the emision light turn on and I got a message on Bluelink saying “ you need to go to service TODAY”. Called, never answered, so I just went to the Service point at Hyundai Escondido. Since I arrive the first two men I talked to were really unprofessional, one looks like he did not want to take care of anything or did not know anything about anything. So I asked for the person in charge, the manager was even worst! He will not even look at your face while talking, he will kind of talk to his coworker instead of talking to us. He did not gave us an appointment until 2 weeks after and he will say they do not have rental cars or courtesy cars, give us a ride or offer any other alternative, all of his answers were NO, in a very unfriendly and not willing to help way. I was absolutely surprised and horrified of how were being treated. The manager disappeared, and we asked his coworker to call him, he just never came back. My last hope was to talk to the third man at the office, Alberto, the only one of them who I have to say, did a great job. He gave an explanation of how busy they are at the service department and how complicated is being to have rental cars and apologize. Sometimes it is what it is….. but the other two did not even TRY TO BE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. More

MY SERVICE ADVISOR ALBERTO VALLEJO, ADVICED ME THAT I NEED A NEW CABIN FILTER, AND IM SO GLAD HE DID BECAUSE MY CAR SMELLS GREAT A EXCELLENT JOB! MY SERVICE ADVISOR ALBERTO VALLEJO, ADVICED ME THAT I NEED A NEW CABIN FILTER, AND IM SO GLAD HE DID BECAUSE MY CAR SMELLS GREAT AND WHEN I USE THE AC I don't get any dust.
