My overall experience is one of frustration. I booked a fairly modest warranty repair over a month in advance but when I brought it in it took two days to even get it started. Five hours or so worth of work cost me three days, with no loaner available. And they didn't even tell me when it was finally ready, it took numerous phone calls to finally find this out! This is not lack of staff, it's lack of organization. The actual repair was fine btw. More

Took vehicle in for scheduled maintenance, oil change, tire pressure check & rotation, recall. Had to return because tire pressure was dangerously way off. Receipt says they put in 0-20, but window sticker says 5-30. Makes me wonder if the safety recall was even done. Tech definitely has no pride in the quality of his work.
