Satisfied for the most part. Ask me after my third payment. I was very happy with the sales part of the purchase. I was not happy with the way they handled the finance. I could not find out the rate until I came to pick up the car at which time I was told that I had to finance thru Hundai to qualify for the incentives. The rate is 5.5%. My credit rating is over 800 which should Qualify me for a much lower rate.I was told I could refinance thru the dealership after the third payment with no prepayment penalty. If that is the case I will be very happy with my purchase experience. If not I will not be a happy camper. More

Sales was amazing, Don't trust the finance dept. I went in with a TrueCar certificate and instead of using that price they used the original price ,added the 10yr warranty then took off the rebates. The TrueCar certificate was for 23k. Not happy about it. More
