I bought my car on June 5 2021. It is a 2022 hyundai tucson. Till today the car is with them for 3 times. Problems with the car are steering issue, plastic trim in the trunk. So, they tried fixing the s tucson. Till today the car is with them for 3 times. Problems with the car are steering issue, plastic trim in the trunk. So, they tried fixing the steering problem but couldnt fix it and ordered the plastic trim for trunk on the first visit. Gave a appointment on august 13th and returned on the same day with no issues fixed as well as now they broke the button with which the seat opens. So, had to go back on monday which is august 16th and asked them to fix both steering problem as well as the plastic trim on trunk. Waited for 4 hours and they said it cannot be done today take the loaner car. It has been a week and no one even started looking into the issue as well as I called them every day to check the status but no response. Everyday they say they will call me back but I never received a call letting me know what is the status of the repair. More
Overall an okay experience when leasing a car. Manny was easy to deal with and no high pressure sales tactics, so that's the plus. If you're more conscientious about reading every line of the fine print and have five hours to spend there, then see Manny. I Bought a 2022 Hyundai tucson few weeks back and I had a problem with the car so texted the sales person (Greg) who was responding back to messages until he got the 5 star rating. Once the 5 start rating has been received he never responded back to my messages. After few days went to buy 2nd car another car from the same dealership and they are selling the cars for over the sticker price and the same sales person Greg was so mean when I asked when can you expect more inventory. His response was so rude and he said I am not making the chips for the cars so I cannot tell you when will I receive more inventory if you can manufacture the chips let me know. More
Triple A brought my four year old Tucson in for repair on Sunday, June 6th. I called on Monday morning and they said it would be at least week. They did not offer a loaner car and did not call until today Friday, June 11, oh, did you think it was because they were going to tell me what was wrong....Well, you are wrong, they literally told me that they didn't look at my car and that it wouldn't be ready before Wednesday, June 16th. I bought a new car to avoid this issue and this is the second car I bought from this dealership. This is a hardship for my family and employment. They made no attempt to help or even offer any kind of transportation. They told me to call customer service and see what they can do. This dealership needs a reality check. More
Hyundai 112 is still one of the best for service. At this time they have a backlog for service, but still managed to get my car in for repair. I want to recind my last review as 112 Hyundai made good on a promise to find me my car...and they found me a the model I wanted with extras! James Boyd is fantastic.
