Nice and helpful people. Salesman tried very hard. I bought a lightly used VW Jetta from Hyman after test driving multiple cars at this dealership and others. DeAndre pulled out a few cars that all had great features and strong reasons to buy each. Everything he showed me I strongly considered buying. He tried very hard to sell me on each of them. The one "fault" if I could find one was that he was obviously trying to sell me the cars. If I was walking in blind, then that would be helpful, but having done hours of research of different vehicles I kind of wish he would have taken a more passive approach. You can't hold that against him though, after all, it's his JOB to be a salesman! The finance manager, Deneise, also worked hard to get a reasonable rate for me and get the car in my driveway. Again, I did my research and created a financing spreadsheet for me to test different combinations of rates, down-payments, and terms so I knew what I wanted and what would be reasonable. She worked hard with the banks to get me that. I enjoyed being able to talk numbers. Buying the car was a relatively smooth process. They had all of the paperwork ready for me and they did a good job of making it not terrible. (There's only so much you can do. There's a LOT of paperwork that comes with buying a car regardless of where you go!) More

Gave an overview of finance options and advocated on our behalf to get the best price for our trade in. Jim Dameron put the finance info. together and was friendly and made us feel welcome. My salesman, Mike Dalkiewicz, was waiting for me and wasted no time getting down to business. He had the car I was looking at ready to go, but as I ran out of time before an early appointment, he got as much as he could get ready for my return later in the day. During those few minutes, I discovered another car on the lot I liked better, told him, and in the 2 hours from then until I returned, he had that car ready for a test drive. After only a few minutes back in the showroom, Finance was already rolling on my paperwork. Mike and I had a good discussion about options available, so I knew exactly what I wanted when called in, cutting the normal signing time down by at least a few minutes (it is still too cumbersome, but that is the state's fault, not the dealership). After I received my copy of the papers, the car was ready and waiting outside of the front door and with a great "thank you" from both gentlemen, I was on my way! I would be happy to return to Hyman Bros. for any future purchases. More

Decent car, but didn't deliver title when promised. A decent car at a fair price, but they did not live up to their promise of the delivery date for the title of my car. It took 19 days to receive the title and DMV check they told me would arrive 9 days prior. I gather that only one person can perform this duty, and was out with a medical illness while no one filled in for him/her. I got a ticket because I live in an area requiring residential parking passes which I cannot get on a car with Virginia tag and no existing title. The dealership did agree to reimburse me for this ticket, but it has been an inconvenience and worry for me, as well as a time waster. Also, when I went to test drive the car, "RC" did not want me to try the car on a highway or above 35 miles an hour, as he directed me on a very short loop around the dealership on city roads only. I prefer to try a car out on the highway, where I do most of my driving. More
