I had a 1.9% rate already and he was able to beat it and get me 1.7%. Not pushy either in the back office. Overall I would buy from this dealership and Amon again. High quality used cars with low miles, great friendly service and a fast finance office. Normally it's a 3 hour adventure to get through a dealership's finance manager. Not here! Go to Hyman Bros. I called and spoke with Steve Summers several times over the phone , he was patient and explained the process in detail. I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. The process was very easy and simple , a week later the car was delivered as promised. There was a minor imperfection so I called and spoke to Steve and Haywood Hyman , they assured me that they would resolve the issue in a way that made me feel comfortable and convienent for my hectic schedule . They did as promised and corrected the issue to my satisfaction.
