The receptionist when I called to find out the hours of the dealership was rude and lacked customer service. But the Jeep I saw was to good to pass up so I went by and had Amon as my salesmen. They stayed late to help us, they worked very hard for us and were very informative. Jimmy in finance really helped as well! He explained everything in great detail but also made it easy to understand! I had a small issue with the Jeep later and the service department took great care of me as well! Even though the first impression was not the best, the rest of the dealership was great! More

From the technical perspective, Rick Bradley was/is the consummate professional. He takes great care in knowing the details of the entire inventory and is extremely effective in communicating that to the buyer. From the personal perspective, as others on the team worked to get me the best possible price for my trade in, Rick spent time with me and my son relating (with pride) the history and tradition of the Hyman family - and their impressive business pursuits.
