Rude salesperson on your staff Mr. Bruce Craig, my salesman was awesome! Problem: another Hyman salesman was rude and unprofesional. During my sale with Craig...while he was putting Mr. Bruce Craig, my salesman was awesome! Problem: another Hyman salesman was rude and unprofesional. During my sale with Craig...while he was putting the temp license on the rear of the vehicle, the other salesman walked in front of me, brought a woman with him opened the door of the car, and showed the vehicle to a customer. She protested saying, "that's not right she's looking at the car". The other salesman told her "dont worry about her, you can look at this car and you can buy the car while she is out on her test drive." I later bought the car but it made the whole experience demeaning....buying a car should be pleasant and happy. I bought the car for my son and sadly my one memory will be a rude salesman who made the day ugly. Positive side, the finance team were great. Mr. Craig went the extra mile to make up for the rude man but the damage was done. Feel strongly though that the behavior of the rude salesman was typical. A monetary reward would have given me a closure. I only asked for $50 off of the vehicle. More

Outstanding Service and Sincere Care I was not in the market for a new car or trade until I spoke with Rick Bradley of Hyman Brothers. I noticed a vehicle online that caught me eye and I I was not in the market for a new car or trade until I spoke with Rick Bradley of Hyman Brothers. I noticed a vehicle online that caught me eye and I was driving same day by the dealership. During a brief conversation with Rick Bradley, I mentioned that I would stop by to see the eye catching car. Rick had the car pulled up under in front of the dealership. The entire dealership works like a team, I was sincerely greeted by all and the feeling of being pushed into a purchase was furthest from my mind. Rick and I test drove my now dream car and I was unsure that I could afford the trade. They worked magic and teamed with Rick was Jimmy Dameron, Finance Manager. Jimmy was not like any other Finance Manager I've ever worked with. Not the manger who hides in the back with the figures. Jimmy was outgoing, friendly and very positive. He was doing the best he could to make my dream come true. Within a short period of time, Jimmy gave me greatest news! He was able to obtain the lowest interest rate for me to walk away with the same payment I had on my trade and step into my dream. I drove away with tears in my eyes and can't say enough about the quality of service and staff at Hyman Brothers. I do and would recommend them to ANYONE! In state or out of state! Lied Through Their Teeth Hyman Brothers advertised a Nissan Murano LE form 2010, which is the highest end trim. They provided all the features that the model has online. Wehn Hyman Brothers advertised a Nissan Murano LE form 2010, which is the highest end trim. They provided all the features that the model has online. Wehn we went to see and test drive the car they had inside the car a list of all the features. However when we asked the vendor, he stated that some of the features were not include in THIS LE model. He never stated that this was not an LE model. Moreover, when we were filling the paperwork to close the deal, they provided 2 papers stating the the model was an LE. What they sold me was actually a model S, the lowest trim of all. When I contacted them they told me that they made an "honest mistake". Later, I asked them just to pay for a rear view camera that was $188.00 and they refused. The whole process showed me that either they are dishonest, trying to take advantage of the client or they are ignorant and don't have a clue of what they are selling, in any case, all theyir claims that they offer a great buying experience proved to be false. More

I walked in to ask about a car I saw on the internet about two weeks earlier, My experience at Hyman Bros on Broad was more than what I had hoped for. I walked in to ask about a car I saw on the internet about two weeks earlier, but it had already been sold. I spoke with Rick, and he set out to find something similar to what I was looking for. I did not think that I would be able to find anything like the car I walked in hoping to see, but Rick made it happen. In fact, the car he found was at a dealer near the beach and he told me that if I wanted to see it they could have it up in an hour or so. As soon as I said yes, Rick immediately set it in motion and the car was there faster than the blink of an eye, and it was even better than it looked in the pictures. Needless to say, I was surprised at how quick the process took, and I ended up leaving with the car that night. I can't thank Rick and Jimmy enough for their help in making my first car-buying experience a fantastic one. They were honest and diligent and even kept small talk while I was waiting for everything to get finalized. Needless to say I cannot recommend Hyman Bros enough. When you go, ask for Rick and he will make it happen! More
Purchased 2012 Chrysler Town & Country Good price, friendly & knowledgeable service, a warranty which was just as good as buying a vehicle from a regular 'new' dealer as used. I needed an adjustment to one of the automatic doors and the service department did that promptly and without charge since it was noticed before final purchase. More
