IPDM was replaced in our 2005 Pathfinder in November 2010 with a one year/12,000 mile warranty, and Pence replaced it. IPDM went out again within the warranty period, 10 months and only 9,000 miles and Pence with a one year/12,000 mile warranty, and Pence replaced it. The General Manager told us "we do not do charity work, we are in business to make a profit." This is NOT our first bad experience with them, but it is our LAST. Worst customer service I have dealt with my entire life! More

I did a lot of looking around for a new car. I went to Pence Nissan to look at a pre-owned Altima. We finally came to a price of 17,999 which was in my budget and he worked with me to get the finacing I needed. I've had a few questions since I purchased and always been able to get someone on the phone in a timely manner. I would recommend them again. More
