I came into Pence and told them what I wanted and Derek showed me the vehicle I wanted to see. He did not go into a routine but showed me the things I was interested in. I had already driven one so we went straight to the features I wanted to look at. We then discussed what the price was and when we agreed to an amount he explained Pence for life features and introduced me to the accessory sales person who kept it brief as I was not purchasing anything extra. Next I was told how long I would have to wait for the F&I papaerwork. I wasn't kept waiting and looking at things I wasn't interested in to pretend that they weren't killing time. When my turn came we signed the paper work and were finished. I left feeling like I could trust the dealership. More

Went in to get a Optima Turbo, after having dealt with a couple of other dealers including one for the car I was currently driving. When calling these other dealers they were quick to just reference me to couple of other dealers including one for the car I was currently driving. Angel took the time to answer my questions and when I visited the store treated me very nice. They did not put on the pressure, asked what I needed and were quick to get that quote to me.
