I purchased the Gold Plan when I bought the JUKE and I have been very happy I did. I have had two recalls performed in a timely manner. The last one we had a "hiccup" but that was taken care of immediately. I have had all my inspections, oil changes,& maintenance done at Pence and have been very satisfied with the results. I expect that when the time comes to replace my JUKE I will return to Pence! (although I hope it will be in the distant future!) More
