I have owned a VW, Dodge, Chevy, GMC and a Ford over the last 12 years. It has always been about price for me, not loyalty. Then when Conrad even lent me a movie to play in my new DVD player for the ride home I felt like part of a family. I got a beautiful vehicle with ALL the bells and whistles for a monthly payment I can totally afford. I cannot imagine ever using any other dealership from now on. i just purchased my second crv from hyannis honda; the salesman dennis granit was extremely helpful without being pushy; i have walked away from high pressure salesmen at other dealerships; but you won't salesman dennis granit was extremely helpful without being pushy; i have walked away from high pressure salesmen at other dealerships; but you won't find them at hyannis. dennis was great explaining the advantages of the crv and added insights from other customers which proved to be accurate (like owners get better gas mileage that the advertised estimates). i had done my homework online at kelley blue book and edmunds and knew the competitives advantages like the crv's lowest cost to own in class and the superior reliabilty; the next thing was to get competitive estimates from a few other dealers and then work with dennis and the sales manager to get the best price i could. i have found them very competitive and they have a great selection. i also want to commend them on their service department; they are always courteous and helpful. their walk in service for oil changes; inspection stickers; etc is fantastic; you're in and out and the prices are very competitive and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. hyannis honda is a great customer friendly car dealership. I was in the market for a 2011 Odyssey and shopped several Honda dealerships in the greater Boston area. Having concluded negotiations by phone/email at 5pm on a Friday, the sales manager Jason worked with Dan DeDoming to turn the deal around for pick up by 2pm on Saturday, the next day! This required them literally to jump through hoops to coordinate with my insurance company and their after market business partners, which they cheerfully did. In fact, they were so competitive up front, and so willing to go the extra mile for my convenience, that when one of their competitors called me Saturday morning, one of the biggest Honda shops in MA, to see what it would take for me to change my mind and do the deal with them instead, and even offered me a significant break over the great deal I already had from Hyannis Honda, I turned them down. The team at Hyannis Honda won my business by giving me the best deal up front and not playing games, through their responsiveness, and their willingness to jump through hoops. And by the way, picking up the car and meeting Dan face to face (finally) was one of the most pleasurable car purchasing experiences I've ever had. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very accomodating, answering all our questions. As a result we made the decision to drive down to Hyannis (about 1-1/2hrs away), and test drive the vehicle. It was worth it, and we decided to purchase the vehicle on the spot. All the details of the transaction were guided step by step, in less than an hour. The finance guy got several competitive financing offers from local lenders, and went over the various options in a low key , friendly way. The Sales Representative, Jim, was pleasant, informative and helpful with my 18 year old son's first car. He made follow-up phone calls that assured me he was looking out for us. Jim brought us out for test drives on several cars and we were going to get a 2007 Honda Civic, but something was wrong with the odometer and we could not get that car. We came home and went online and saw a 2009 Honda Civic and the Honda Sales/Loan team brought it down from Orleans and we went and saw it. My son loved the car, it was the exact color he wanted. Jim made sure everything was in order, inspection, plates, insurance, etc. Also, the whole Hyannis Honda team is very pleasant to work with. Our overall experience with Hyannis Honda was excellent.
