The dealer called me one day after the review appeared and we worked out a settlement. He was truly concerned about my experience and anxious to keep me as a customer. I will continue to do business with Hyannis Honda Service performed was 105000 mi. service. item 1 I told them of a noise in right front upon acceleration when I dropped off the car. I asked if the noise was fixed when they called to tell me it was ready. They told me it was fixed and the car was road tested! I picked up the car, 06 Pilot, and the noise was still there as soon as I started forward out of the parking space. A mechanic rode with me, heard the noise immediately and fixed it within 45 minutes or so. I don't believe the car was road tested Item 2. I dropped the car off at 8:00 AM. At 10:00 AM they called and told me the brakes were 95% worn and I needed rotors and pads all around.(about $1200) I have all my service done at the dealer. In late december 2011 I had the oil changed and they told me about all the things they checked which included the brakes and that the brakes were fine. I don't believe the brakes went from fine to 95% gone in 6 weeks. When I questioned them I got several "possibilities" When I first got the car in 08 and it was under warantee I complained about the brake pedal going close to the floor and the same for the emergency brake. I also complained about a scraping noise when I started moving in the morning. They told me all was well. Now the car is out of warantee and the causes of the things I complained about are reasons for the brakes going from fine to 95% bad in six weeks. I don't believe it. I don't believe that they check the things they claim to during the $30 oil change. I am surprised they were able to inspect my brakes more carefully than during an oil change when they were doing an "all day job" on the front of the engine More

I went to another Honda Dealer on the South Shore and practically left in tears as the salesman didn't even acknowledge me and got into the vehicle I was looking at and drove it away!! A few months h practically left in tears as the salesman didn't even acknowledge me and got into the vehicle I was looking at and drove it away!! A few months have passed, and on a whim my husband and I stopped at this dealership in Hyannis just to look. Curt approached us and made us feel so comfortable test driving and discussing option for lease vs. purchase and our trade-in. The finance manager was also so polite and genuine. The staff was courteous and NEVER made us feel pressured, rushed, or foolish (unlike my past experiences at other dealerships). Our experience was nothing but pleasant and I am positive we will return for future purchases. Curt explained all the features in our new car and really went out of his way to make us satisfied. Hyannis Honda is second to none. I'm sooo glad we stopped in! And, what a nice treat to receive a special gift in the mail a few days later. More

Went to the Toyota dealership and I was not happy so have never been to a Honda dealership and was very surprised how wonderful the salesman(Geoff) was and how helpful and we took a ride in the 2012 Honda accord excel and loved it the minute we got in it. Geoff explained all the mechanics to both my husband and myself. We bought it the same day. It is the most comfortable riding car and we like it much better than the Toyota. The other day we got such a nice surprise gift from the dealership. We are going to be Honda customers from now on. The salesman helped us fill out the papers and even brought us over to the sercie department to get our new sticker. Just bought my 3rd Honda and the second from Hyannis Honda (the first being an older Civic for our teenage daughter was, bought from an independent dealer). I have had nothing but a great experience wit Honda (the first being an older Civic for our teenage daughter was, bought from an independent dealer). I have had nothing but a great experience with this dealership. The service dept. has been great over the past 8 years but my Accord is showing it's age. I have wanted a CR-V for years and now was the time. I did a lot of research and visited another dealership but quickly returned to Hyannis Honda where the friendly staff and saleman Dave Wardrop gave me a great deal. I love the special attention to little details, making me a cup of tea, Dave sending a thank you note and the dealership also sending a thank you gift. Just little things that mean a lot. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. More

I visited this dealership to inquire about and tryout a certified preowned Honda, based on a recommendation from a friend. I found the salesman that I met, Tony Bertocci, very helpful--no pressure, which I certified preowned Honda, based on a recommendation from a friend. I brought back my son to take another look at the CRV. Tony was again very helpful! In the process of discussing the cars, I decided to purchase a new CRV, rather than preowned. I have been driving it for about a week, and I love it!
