The sales people were not pushy, the price was right on both purchase and trade, the car was prepared and delivered when described, and the full tank of gas and inspection sticker were nice touches. After looking around with the courteous help of Jim Donahue we decided to trade in my wife's 2010 CRV and get 2 new civics for my wif take to school. After thinking about it and looking at the inventory I also decided to replace my 2006 Accord that has 245,000 miles on it as well. So we left with three new cars after a very pleasant experience with all of the staff at Hyannis Honda.
