I voiced my concerns with the sales manager Mike upon delivery to northern NH. He said you can send it back and have the work completed. I told him my daughter who I purchased the car for needed it but would return to the Cape in a few weeks. He said no problem you can bring it in then and just call ahead. Spoke with him today and he said he never spoke to me! Also said they wouldn’t repair the dings because I signed off on it. He was wondering why I got upset. Idiots are everywhere especially at this car dealership. The salesman Jack Moreland was fine to work with. More
