I purchased a new CRV and was looking forward to enjoying it . The agreement was to send my husband to pick the car up ,as I did ,he arrived my saleslady was not on duty and that was not the agreement we had it . I visited Hyannis Honda to review my lease options last Tues. I departed from Hyannis Honda with a new CRV! Why? I arrived at Hyannis Honda with my 2 young daughters and was welcomed by Tony. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgable. He was great with my girls and a pleasure to deal with. I fell in love with the car - it's fantastic - and Tony worked with me painlessly to arrive at a price I was more than happy with. The business manager and sales manager were both accommodating and enhanced my experience. Communication was fantastic across the board. Everything they needed to take care of was done and they all remembered ME - I wasn't just another customer they wanted money from. It's clearly about more than just doing business at Hyannis Honda... building relationships takes business to a level of success many will never achieve. They get it. When I picked up the car, Tony showed me all the features, synched up bluetooth to my phone for me, rode with me over to the service department, made sure I got a special promotion coupon and expedited the inspection sticker so I was out of there with my new car in minutes. I have no doubt that this is how he/they treat all of their customers, but I certainly felt valued and respected throughout the entire process. More

Whatever pay raises and incentives you have to offer your sales staff should, without question, be bestowed on Goeff for :1) dealing successfully with me, 2)making the experience family friendly, 3)providing great service and product at a great price. Salesman Mike O'Neil took my wife and I out for a ride in the back streets and I very much liked the ride and handling. He explained the vehicles features but did not pressure us to purchase the vehicle. We left the dealership intending to get prices at other dealerships before returning to Hyannis Honda for their price, but after about a week, without checking other dealers, we called Mr. O'Neil to drive the Accord on the open road to see what that felt like. We were very impressed with the ride and Mr. O'Neil, so much so , that we decided to price the vehicle at that time. After a short time, we arrived at what I considered a great price, and I purchased the vehicle. Since purchasing the Accord,I have called Mr. O'Neil on a few occasions to explain certain functions of the Accord and he has been very helpful. I highly recommend Hyannis Honda. More
