All of my transactions have been with Patrick. He is great with customers and really does his best to help you get the vehicle you want and the best price possible. He is always very helpful and there is never any pressure. I have been extremely pleased with Hyannis Honda. I've had many cars over the years and have dealt with many dealerships. liked the fact that the dealership did not waste our time. we knew what accord we wanted and the price level. He was extremely helpful, informative, professional, and courteous. After we left the dealership, both of us commented/agreed that "I would definitely buy a car from Bill". So I returned a few weeks later to buy my car. Again, Bill was very helpful, attentive and friendly, and made the whole buying experience very pleasant and "hassle-free". The woman who helped with my financing options (I apologize for not remembering her name), was helpful as well. Bill and I set up a time to pick up my car a few days later. Bill was on time, made sure I was all set with my car and any questions I had, helped me get my financing squared away, and made sure I was able to get my car inspected--all this in about 1 1/2 hours.
