I had no idea how to use some of the new technology in the car and Dan showed me everything. I live outside of Boston, now I will only use Hyannis Honda due to the fact Dan made my experience great! I'm finding that the Ridgeline has more room inside and I love the front wheel drive and all wheel drive rather than going to 4 wheel drive with the Tacoma which I had before. This was probably the most seamless new car transaction that I have ever had ( I've done 18 in my life time) thanks to Rick. I will be using the service department to have them install a wiring harness for a boat trailer. The Ridgeline have really impressed me in the short time that I have had it, a great ride and handles well in the snow. I got a great price on my new 2014 Pilot and a good trade in price on my 2009 CR-V. What's not to like. Second car I've purchased at Hyannis in the last 2.5 years.
