He sat down with me and helped me fill out the credit application. The next day, I received a phone call from Curt. One week later I drove my brand new 2013 Civic home for Christmas. I was so proud to show it off. Everyone approved of my choice. My cousin, who is a mechanical engineer, told me it is one of the best cars out there, mechanically. He said I'd get excellent gas mileage, it would last forever and it would be very safe. I am so pleased with my choice. Thanks Curt and Will! More

From the mechanics in the garage to the comfortable chairs in the waiting room, everything seems designed to keep customers happy. The kids I saw playing with the toys while I waited for my car would certainly agree; so would the grandparents using the free wifi to finish their Christmas shopping on Amazon while their oil was being changed. Fionally, I have to single out Mike O'Neill, who was the most helpful and charming salesperson I've ever encountered at the dealership. He walked me through the high-tech aspects of my new car (we set up the blue tooth together) and shortened the learning curve on some very sophisticated components of the modern dirviig experience. But he went low-tech, too, advising me to pick up a magnetized key box, to secure a spare key to the underside of the car, in case I lock myself out. Good tip! All in all, a great experience and I'll glad to do it all over again in 2017. More
