We had done our homework and we arrived at a fair price without any haggling. They were knowlegable about the car and explained everything. Bought my third CRV from Hyannis Honda I have owned two Accords and now, three CRVs. The CRVs were all purchased at Hyannis Honda. I drove two other small SUVs, but when Scott went over all the features on the 2014 CRV and I drove it on back roads as well as the highway, I once again knew this was the car for me. I have handed down my previous two CRVs to my daughter, so all three cars are still on the road and in the family. Scott was very easy to work with. He was very patient with me and waited until I was ready to move forward (often you get bothered non-stop). I told him the guidelines I had for leasing a vehicle and he did all he could to work with me within those guidelines.
