Just bought my used '08 Fit. Caleb was an excellent salesperson: friendly and informative, but without the high pressure attitude so prevalent in auto sales. The fact that he seems such a nice young man helped, too. We came in looking at a used CR-V (had just been sold), but were somewhat ambivalent about the MPG. Caleb showed us the '08 Fit and it "fit" us perfectly. What a salesman! And we are very happy with the final choice. Give that kid a raise! Honda Accord is the best all around for comfort, mileage, truck space, and a solid ride that that hugs the road and handles speed nicely. I started my search online and was introduced to Mike Ryan at Hyannis Honda. He made the purchase process so simple and stress free. He was very knowledgeable about the car. This was my 4th accord and showed me features I never discovered in my last accord. We interacted mostly though email (at my request) as I'm general traveling on business. He listened to what my needs were and created a package that was tailored to my lifestyle driving expectations. I love my new 2014 white honda accord sport. More

Lease 2014 CRV We started out to replce a 1999 SUV with the purchase of a CRV as we already owned a 2012 CRV purchased at Hyannis Honda. We were met by Sean Rausch. We started out to replce a 1999 SUV with the purchase of a CRV as we already owned a 2012 CRV purchased at Hyannis Honda. We were met by Sean Rausch. Sean was well prepared and able to discuss the various options that were available to meet our needs. After we reviewed the purchase options he went thru the lease options and we ended up leasing. Sean is well informed on the vehicle information and explained in detail the functions of the many options. In fact better than we had exterienced with or 2012 purchase. Sean has lots of enthusiam and was effecient but not over powering. He made the visti to the dealer an esay exterience. Sean worked with the management team to meet our cost goals. This convinced us the lease option filled our needs vs purchase at this time. Good job Sean a pleasure working with you. More
Service Provided While Under Waranty I've purchased 3 cars and leased a vehicle from Hyannis Honda in the past 6 years. My sales experience is top notch. Dennis Granite is an outstandin I've purchased 3 cars and leased a vehicle from Hyannis Honda in the past 6 years. My sales experience is top notch. Dennis Granite is an outstanding salesman and that's why I continued to do business with Hyannis Honda. However, I've had 2 service experiences since April of this year. The first was to repair tire valves on the brand new (less than 2 weeks old) leased Civic. This was a poor experience to say the least. The wait time was well over 3 hours. Not a friendly face to be found in the service department that day. Next, my most recent experience was replacing a part for the transmission. I made it under the 60,000 mile waranty and still have to say that I am very disappointed having such an issue with a 3 year old Honda CRV. Figuring out the problem and setting up the service date (after waiting over 1 week for a back ordered part) - was not the type of customer service I expected. I was called by the wrong name 2 or 3 times (I think they could get that right considering my purchase history), one person tried to set up the service on the wrong car after the second visit, and really seemed to have no idea what I was getting the service for. I would think that with just a little review of my history in the service computer, I could have been addressed by my proper name and had more confidence that my service was being scheduled correctly. I asked one service person if I could get a rental car, through my insurance even, since this was a warranty issue. His response was, "If you pay for it." I didn't appreciate the short response and would have just appreciated a better customer service experience. By the end of the ordeal, I was dealing with a service advisor name Laura. She was lovely and personable which helped to ease my dissapointment with the overall experience. It's too bad that I couldn't have been treated as well from the beginning or as I am when I'm purchasing a vehicle by the other individuals in the service department I encountered. I felt as if my service issues were a burden. And I'm not happy to begin with to have such a major repair done on a vehichle with about 50,000 miles. Unless my waranty is being honored, I will never take a vehicle to Hyannis Honda service department which means I won't do any future vehichle purchases, trades or leases either. More
