Caleb was sincerely interested in MY needs and MY budget. I had many questions for Caleb and he was very patient and knowledgeable. Not only did he return my calls quickly, he also emailed me pertinent, unbiased information and choices regarding the purchase of my car. I must also point out that the "other" Honda dealership I visited off cape, was completely unorganized and unprofessional. I am very happy with my purchase, and I now consider Caleb a friend, and I will refer not only my daughter, but my friends and other family to Caleb Weglarz at Hyannis Honda. He provided me with the information I needed to know and while being encouraging, did not pressure me. I finally decided to buy a new car through Hyannis Honda because of the price they offered and though another dealer had offered an additional service contract, that initial phone call with Andrew was the clincher. When purchasing the car, Andrew continued to be engaging and very helpful in pointing out the features and how to operate them. He linked my cell phone to the car for me - a great feature. I will highly recommend Hyannis Honda to others - and also suggest that they ask for Andrew! More

Andrew sounded out our needs carefully and was attentive to our goals. He was also very knowledgeable about the various models in the Honda line and open to our exploring and test-driving different cars. In short, Andrew facilitated our having a pleasurable experience. He was timely in getting paperwork handled through the business office, in delivering the car to Orleans, and in answering any of our follow-up questions about the Sport's features. Andrew was really top-notch. (sidenote: Both the Honda rating/review form and this Dealer Review form are very painful to use--not user-friendly at all!) More

Leasing a Pilot I have rated my experience at Hyannis Honda as good for several reasons. The first being that our sales representative, Jake Roberts, was friendly, pr I have rated my experience at Hyannis Honda as good for several reasons. The first being that our sales representative, Jake Roberts, was friendly, prompt, and courteous. Secondly, we were very pleased with the pricing and the quality of the vehicle we selected. They also did a very good job at preparing the paperwork and getting the vehicle ready on time, with one small exception as noted below.. There were several factors that prevented us from giving a great rating. First, we filled out an application for "pre-approval" on the dealership's website. This was our first point of contact and we received a call and an email from Jake early the next business day. However, I was disappointed that this was not a true "pre-approval" in fact our credit application was not even submitted to Honda until after we put a down-payment on the car. While I understand the reasoning behind waiting until you have a commitment to send in the application, I feel that the website should not state this is a "pre-approval". Secondly, the night we were scheduled to actually pik up the car Jake was not there. He had arranged with another sales representative to handle the delivery. When we got there no one seemed to know who we were supposed to see. After some confusion it was determined that we were supposed to see Dan. I felt like it was our responsibility to know who we were supposed to see. It just seemed like a lack of communication between Jake, Dan, and the managers. Also, Dan did not seem to know that he was supposed to show us all the operations of the car. he did, however, do a fine job once we got that detail straight. Finally, the second key for the car was missing and we had to go back the next day and get a key cut and programed. While this was handled promptly when we were there I feel that this should have been taken care of the previous day when they were preparing the car for delivery. All in all this was a good experience but I feel that a little more attention to detail would have made it great. More

We onl I was very pleased with the way we were treated at Hyannis Honda. We had started out looking for a Ford or a Toyota over the Labor Day weekend. We only went to Hyannis Honda because the Toyota dealership was closed. We had seen a Ford Explorer that we liked, and wanted to compare a family van, since we have 3 children. Because we have a long driveway, we wanted a 4WD or AWD vehicle. The salesman who dealt with us was Jack Moloney, who was very honest, cooperative and friendly, and came up with a beautiful 2012 Honda Pilot that fit the bill. We spent a day comparing the Pilot to other vehicles and re-comparing them, and the whole family finally enthusiastically decided on the Honda. More
