Unsatisfied in Service Department I have heard nothing but good things about Hyannis Honda and my uncle has been purchasing his cars there for over 15 years. After he had moved and I received his 2010 Honda Civic I knew that if I ever had a problem Hyannis Honda would be more than happy to help. Although, unfortunately today, I received poor customer service in the service department. I had called asking for help with the error code on my radio because my code number was not working. The employee I had spoken to, who did not give his name, I felt as though was rushing the phone call and did not stay on the phone to help until the problem was solved. I had ended the phone call by saying "Thank you" and "Have a nice day" but the employee replied with nothing and hung up the phone. This was my first experience, myself, with Hyannis Honda and I am not quite sure if I would go back. More
