Mr. O'Neil the manager was NOT involved in the transaction until I called him the next day to try to resolve issue. He NEVER returned my call. So I don't think that would be the same as "being involved". I asked him I could pay the deposit over the phone in our initial agreement, he "I'm down with that" I took that as a yes. That was the very first phone call, he said he would. But we were still negotiating. Then after several calls from Patrick we came to agreement I told him I was getting financing, then called to say "I got financing it was a go!" He never called back. I emailed him telling him if he was not happy with agreement to call and I was willing to negotiate again. He never responded! If the car was sold by any other sales rep., he should have called me and offered another car similar to car, mileage and price. He did not. I emailed him telling him if that if he did not want to work with me he should at least call or respond to my email, anything less was unprofessional. He called the next day and said car was sold. I him that I was unhappy he did not respond it was unprofessional. He said he was too busy. I expressed how upset I was he offered another car with higher mileage unknown cost and unknow trade value. I said I no longer trusted him. I asked for the name of the manager and I left him a message as I already stated. I will never do business with them or would never recommend them. If they wanted my business Mr. O Neil should have called me. SOMEONE should have call me.
