Sandy, the receptionist asked me if I w While waiting for an oil change, I wandered into the dealership to check out the new HRV's that I read about. Sandy, the receptionist asked me if I wanted a salesman to which I said, "no,thank you, just looking." But she told me there was a HRV on the lot and handed me a brochure. After about 5 minutes she paiged Jake Roberts who came over to see if he could help me. Again, I was just looking. Jake talked to me about the new HRV, never pressuring me into anything, just talked. I appreciated his knowledge and his manner. I then took the car for a test drive and I loved the car. The size is perfect! I was hooked, now just had to convince my wife that this is what we needed. Short story, she loved the car as well and Jake answered all her questions. She is a small women and had some concerns regarding being able to see well out of the window. We bought the car a few days ago, again, Jake was informative and there was no pressure. The dealings with the Business Manager to come up with a price I could afford was good as well. We feel the price is fair. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. More

From the minute I walked through the doors of Hyannis Honda and had the pleasure of working with Jake Roberts, I knew I had gone to the right place! Jake had been recommended to me and I can see why. He was so friendly, polite and respectful. Buying a car is stressful, but Jake made this such a positive and happy experience! He really listened to what I wanted in car features and then helped me narrow it down to two models. He then let me test drive each model and let me decide - with no pressure - what was best for my driving needs. Jake also educated me on what leasing is and helped me completely explore that option. I had an excellent Honda experience working with Jake and I couldn't recommend him more!! As of today, and thanks to Jake, I am now driving around in my new CRV with a huge grin on my face! More

He was professional, patient and straight forward in all dealings. As I love the "art of the deal" I am not the easiest person to do business with while buying a vehicle. Nothing phased Pat...he maintained a great sense of humor and continually focused on "pleasing the customer". As I have been a customer of Hyannis Honda for over 20 years feeling valued by them was important to me. Pat maintained that relationship in spite of others within the dealership actions to oversell high profit warranty agreements and accessories. By delivery day we were best buddies. Laura, the Warranty Administrator, understood my problem and said that they could look at it in about an hour since they were pretty well booked that morning. In less than an hour my car was taken in, the problem diagnosed AND solved. We get that kind of service from our local Honda dealer, but wasn't sure what would happen in another area. This was my first positive car buying experience. My husband and I were greeted by Jake Roberts when we arrived and everything went smoothly from then on. Jake was informative, low-key, and helpful. I was particularly impressed by Jake addressing me about the purchase instead of my husband. This may sound trivial but I found that to be very respectful - first time that has ever happened. Kudos to Jake for that. I will be recommending Hyannis Honda (and particularly Jake Roberts) to friends and family. More
