We found the whole experience to be positive, professional and relatively easy--it does take time to buy a car. Very Satisfied Hyannis Honda initially disappointed us with it trade in offer and selling price on the 2015 Honda CR-V Touring edition that we had hoped to purchase Hyannis Honda initially disappointed us with it trade in offer and selling price on the 2015 Honda CR-V Touring edition that we had hoped to purchase or lease. However, when confronted with the offers from two other Honda dealerships, they met and exceeded those offers. This was much to our satisfaction, as we had recently moved to Cape Cod and had hoped to purchase locally, where we planned to have the vehicle serviced. Our salesperson, Steve Chase, was truly outstanding. Knowledgeable and experienced in business and finance. He was able to both answer thoroughly all questions about the Honda vehicles and provide an extensive, thorough test drive and orientation, and also provide extremely helpful guidance related to purchasing vs. leasing and keeping vs. trading our existing CR-V! The sales manager, Tony Bertocci, met and exceeded the best offers from other dealerships. The finance manager, Tara, was the best at her job that we had ever experienced in well over a dozen new vehicle transactions. Steve has done follow up. Our vehicle has numerous features that are new to us and we feel confident that he will always be accessible to us to answer any follow up questions or concerns. More
