When Peter brought out a particular Civic for a test drive, it was the exact color scheme that I had indicated I preferred. Will, in the business office, was clear in his presentation and considerate of my opinions and preference, even when it meant changing the paperwork. Patrick, the first salesperson I approached worked seamlessly with Peter and together they got me the car I wanted, explained it's features to me and I drove off in my 2016 Civic just 5 hours after walking into the salesroom to say I wanted to buy a car! Will, the business manager, was very professional, and took the time to explain everything to us so that we completely understood what we were signing. Peter answered all of my questions and offered many excellent alternatives that met what I was looking for in a vehicle. Peter allowed my to take my time and listened attentively, heard what I was saying and built on what he learned to walk me thru the next step ... until I found the vehicle that met my family's needs. I have purchased a number of cars/trucks over the years and two things surprised me in this transaction: 1) I came in with an idea from a mailing for Happy Honda Days that also inquired as to my willingness to trade our Fit ... outlining potential deals that would give a high value for our Fit and for a New Purchase/Lease. I never expected to have Happy Honda Days after the 1st of the Year. Seems that Santa lingers a bit at Hyannis Honda. 2) ... and most important for me I was treated with honesty and respect through out the sales process with no game playing. There was none of the endless waiting while the salesperson and manager let you stew and then low ball the deal or try to extract every penny from the sale. There was no surprises with the Business Manager.
