Although we feel that Hondas' basically sell themselves since we have owned them exclusively since 1996,and we immediately saw what we wanted, Patrick was professional, courteous and friendly and made the transaction easy and in a timely manner. The handling of the financing was also done quickly and efficiently as well. We will continue to have our Honda's serviced at Hyannis and will most likely purchase another car there if the time comes. More

His maturity and knowledge about the product are remarkable and appreciated. He instilled confidence in me for your dealership after I had lost confidence and brought me back. Those talents should be rewarded. I was also impressed with Jasmine in the service department. She provided excellent customer service to me when after a few days after I bought the car I noticed that the rear windshield wiper blades didn't work. (Motor needed to be replaced). I do question the certification process because of this and also that I needed new wiper blades which were not picked up on the certification. I also think, that a new checklist should have been done to insure my confidence about the certification but that wasn't offered. I doubt I would purchase another pre-owned certified car or recommend it to anyone because of my questions about whether it was really done. I am sure the certification is built into the price somewhere. There was also a problem with the molding on the passenger side tire that they fixed but they made me feel that it happened while I owned the car which it didn't. I noticed it a week after buying the car just after I brought the car back for the rear windshield blades so I couldn't get the car in until 2/12 due to poor weather the previous Friday. The service department (Ashley) initially discouraged me from bringing the car in on on the only day I could due to work because it was too busy but I had no choice, took the car in, and Jasmine handled things in a very timely manner. In total, everything was fixed satisfactorily and I am happy with the car but there were quite a few bumps along the way that leave me with only a fair opinion other than what I have mentioned. The convenience was important to me and I love the Honda product otherwise I would probably have chosen another dealership. More
