2013 Fuel filter change Went in for my fuel filter to be changed and truck never ran right after it, we travel full time so when we arrived in Pocatello, ID my fuel filter ga Went in for my fuel filter to be changed and truck never ran right after it, we travel full time so when we arrived in Pocatello, ID my fuel filter gauge was showing only 5% remaining we only used 500 Gallons of fuel since the change and only 7246 miles. So I went to Lithia Dodge and that's when I found out that my truck had 2 different fuel filters on it and Hutson Motor co only changed one of them but charged me for a full hour of labor. The truck has been running fine now that both filters have been changed like it was suppose to be. Called Chrysler customer service and they talked to the service techs which lied and told customer service that I refused to have the second fuel filter changed after they told me there was 2 filters. I was never told about the second filter until Pocatello, ID, I sent my copies of the work done to customer service which showed no mention of a 2nd fuel filter. I would not recommend going to the dealer for anything they proved they are dishonest with there lies to cover up their lack of required work by manufactures guide lines of service. More
