I found the vehicle I was looking for through the Kia.com website and contacted them concerning the purchase of my Sportage SX. Within a few minutes I received an email stating I would be contacted within 24 website and contacted them concerning the purchase of my Sportage SX. Within a few minutes I received an email stating I would be contacted within 24 hours. An hour later my salesperson, Tramika, emailed me. I told her the vehicle I was interested in and that I lived 2 hours away. She called me a little while later to get my specifics and said she would work up a price. We then proceeded through text messaging as I was at work and not able to take calls. Tramika FAR exceeded my expectations and after a few rounds of messaging back and forth we came up with a price within 2 hours. I explained to her that I would be up to check out the car 3 days later when I was off. When we got there, the staff were extremely friendly and got me with my sales person quickly. She took all the time I needed to go over all of the specifications and features of the car and we finalized the deal. I left as a very satisfied Customer and have been extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased. Kia has come a long way in their cars and in my opinion the Sportage SX is a top pick for a SUV for its options, styling and performance! I've been a Kia owner since around 2001. I've learned about Kia with my first Spectra 4dr standard purchase. I've come to respect the product and those who sell them especially at the Albany Kia dealersh about Kia with my first Spectra 4dr standard purchase. My wife and I can't believe you can get a greater combination of outstanding service and fabulous vehicle quality, price and selection, than here at Kia AutoSport of Albany. My wife love's her Sorento and I just traded in my 2008 Kia Optima standard for a 2012 Kia Optima automatic. There's no reason to shop anywhere else. We have had 3 Kia's now and the last one I bought was for my Granddaugher who is in college. Johnny worked very hard to get the price right for me and the payments. He is the best. All of the employees are so friendly and they don't treat you as if you were just a paycheck. If you go there make sure you ask for Tori, he will help you out. My wife and i visited Kia because of a radio ad we heard and were looking at buying a new vehicle. We looked at a few models and decided on a new 2011 Kia Sorento. after a few trips and a few faxes they wer and were looking at buying a new vehicle. We looked at a few models and decided on a new 2011 Kia Sorento. after a few trips and a few faxes they were unable to meet my budget on the Sorento. This did bother me some because I was told what ever it took to get me in that Sorento at the price i wanted would be done.Well that didnt quite happen that way. However we continued on with Torry and found another vehicle and we were satisfied with the 2011 Kia Optima. Charles was the closing manager and worked great at getting me as close as possible to the price i asked for. I would recommend this dealership to any one interested in buying a new vehicle. More
Everyone was very friendly and worked well with us. There was a hiccup on monthly payment info being relayed between finance office and our salesman (Andre).
