I found the vehicle I was looking for through the Kia.com website and contacted them concerning the purchase of my Sportage SX. Within a few minutes I received an email stating I would be contacted within 24 website and contacted them concerning the purchase of my Sportage SX. Within a few minutes I received an email stating I would be contacted within 24 hours. An hour later my salesperson, Tramika, emailed me. I told her the vehicle I was interested in and that I lived 2 hours away. She called me a little while later to get my specifics and said she would work up a price. We then proceeded through text messaging as I was at work and not able to take calls. Tramika FAR exceeded my expectations and after a few rounds of messaging back and forth we came up with a price within 2 hours. I explained to her that I would be up to check out the car 3 days later when I was off. When we got there, the staff were extremely friendly and got me with my sales person quickly. She took all the time I needed to go over all of the specifications and features of the car and we finalized the deal. I left as a very satisfied Customer and have been extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased. Kia has come a long way in their cars and in my opinion the Sportage SX is a top pick for a SUV for its options, styling and performance!
