I have had the 2011 Optima for almost 3 weeks. I was told last week the spoiler would take 6 days to get to the dealership, then they would call me. When my husband and I arrived at KIA, Charles greeted us at the door (with a smile and a handshake), and took us to the Sorrento he had ready for me to test drive. He discussed all the features of the car and assured me it WAS in my price range. After driving the car I knew it was the one I wanted. My overall experience with the sales representative was great. He was very helpful and didn't push me to buy something I wasn't comfortable with. It was unnessasary to me to have to keep coming back when they knew I was going to purchase the vehicle. This aspect of my experience would stop me from considering them again, but if I got to work with the same sales guy, I would definately come back. More
