I have had the 2011 Optima for almost 3 weeks. I was told last week the spoiler would take 6 days to get to the dealership, then they would call me. I was told he was with another customer so I asked to have him to call me. no call. It seems to me the sales people are not as eager to finish the deal like they were before I signed the contract. Charles Long contacted me after I searched information about KIA online. We set up an appointment to meet at the KIA Dealership in Albany. I told him how stressful car buying was to me, what I was looking for in a new vehicle, and about my budget and financing options. When my husband and I arrived at KIA, Charles greeted us at the door (with a smile and a handshake), and took us to the Sorrento he had ready for me to test drive. He discussed all the features of the car and assured me it WAS in my price range. After driving the car I knew it was the one I wanted. The whole process was smooth, comfortable, efficient, and professional. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. The experience of buying a new car was perfect! I tell everyone who asks about my new car to contact Charles at KIA in Albany (I have even given out his business cards to interested friends). More
My overall experience with the sales representative was great. He was very helpful and didn't push me to buy something I wasn't comfortable with. It was unnessasary to me to have to keep coming back when they knew I was going to purchase the vehicle. This aspect of my experience would stop me from considering them again, but if I got to work with the same sales guy, I would definately come back. More
