This dealership does not value their potential customers! As an eager and ready to buy customer, I reached out to them about the red Bronco they had just received. I told them about my trade. I was told BY THEIR ASSOCIATE that they were advertising and paying $5k over KBB for trades. Excited to hear that. I get there, I drove it, loved it, and the dealer advertised price was definitely in my price range. Dealer advertised price was $37,375. The manager came out after my test drive. I asked about my trade. He lowballed the KBB value and denied the advertising of paying 5k over trade. Although I was frustrated, I continued to inquire about the Bronco. This manager thought it was ok to tap his finger on the sticker price in the window they had put on the BASE model Bronco, which was almost 20k over the dealer advertised price and then proceeded to talk to me like it was out of my realm of possibility. Keep in mind that he had not asked me any questions about myself. We hadn’t even stepped off the lot and into the office to talk numbers! The man whose appearance suggested he needed to sell a vehicle, denied their advertised 5k over kbb for trades, laid judgement on me without knowing anything about me, priced a vehicle almost 20k over advertised price, was infuriated when I pointed out his dealer advertised price. We have NEVER been treated so poorly by a company that relies on customer sales to thrive. I went to another dealership and came out with something way nicer than the Bronco at Hutchinson Ford of Forsyth! Pictures included if it will allow. More
