Satisfied with the outstanding service. Reason for my visit was for the 100,000 mile check up, oil change and new set of tires on my 2008 Cadillac CTS. I have driven this car for 7 1/2 year Reason for my visit was for the 100,000 mile check up, oil change and new set of tires on my 2008 Cadillac CTS. I have driven this car for 7 1/2 years and I always take the car to Hutchinson Auto Mall for all required maintenance. The Customer Service rep, Michelle, was most helpful in assuring my comfort while I waited for the work to be done. I didn't meet the mechanic that did the work but I was really pleased with his work - the car drives like a new car. More

Found a new truck on there website this past week and talked to Amanda all week about the truck! She did a great job assisting me with information about the truck and getting me prices before the long drive. Then today at the dealership Jimmy, Jay, and Joey did a great job putting us in the new truck. Truck is probably the nicest one I have ever owned. All was fair and consistent. Of course the usual price hagling between customer and employees, but all worked out to the best. Was a pleasant experience all around. Was very worth the five hour drive today. Thanks again to all that were involved! More

I was looking on trading my 2011 GMC Sierra 2500HD Crew I was looking on trading my 2011 GMC Sierra 2500HD Crew Cab with 6.6L Turbo Diesel Truck because of my work losing Overtime and maybe getting Furloug I was looking on trading my 2011 GMC Sierra 2500HD Crew Cab with 6.6L Turbo Diesel Truck because of my work losing Overtime and maybe getting Furlough since I am a Civil Service Employee under the DOD. My budget would not be able to handle the monthly payments on my truck that have which I am disappointed to do trade it in. I love my truck. So on Friday late afternoon I was watching a commercial on TV that Hutchinson Auto Mall from Macon, Ga showing what sales they were having and saw some trucks that were on sale and was impress on how much they were deducting from the MSRP price so Saturday I went online to see what trucks they had on their lot. I searched their selection on all 1500 & 2500HD Trucks and found one that I really liked. I click on the 2013 1500 GMC Denali All Wheel Drive Crew Cab with a 6.2L engine exterior color is White Diamond Tricoat. The MSRP price was $55,080 and the internet price was showing $47,840. So I sent an Quote to the Internet Sales person that I am interested on getting this truck. Also, I went online to GMC.com to get a trade in valve from the Black Book to see what kind of trade in valve I would be getting for my truck. The Black Book was giving me approx. $35,000-$42,200. I received an email from Mr. Danny Pruett letting me know he received my Quote with his phone number so I could call to discuss the truck I was interested. So Monday morning I called Mr. Pruett to discuss on the truck I sent a Quote on. He said, "I will make it easy for you and I will make this the best dealership you have ever visited" and he suggested for him to bring the truck to my work to test drive and take my truck back to my work to get it looked at for a good trade in valve. I met with him and Justin Blair off base just before lunch and they gave me a walk around with the new truck and they wanted what I was looking for on payments wise and I stated I want to lower my payments if all possible or make my payments the same as my wife's car (Approx. $400.00 a month). They looked at one another and stated, "We have some work to do". After meeting with Mr. Purett and Mr. Blair, later after lunch Mr. Pruett called me to give me the good news. I could lease this truck for 2yrs and have my payments at $469.00 a month which that includes the Gap Protection, Maintenance on the truck, tires, etc. I was impressed on what Mr. Pruett and Mr. Blair gave me. I stated that sounds good but let me get with the wife to see if she is happy with that kind of payment. After I called my wife I called Mr. Pruett back to let him know that I have good news. The deal was made and after work I drove the new truck back to the dealership to complete the deal. I was there for approx. 1 1/2 hours getting all paperwork signed and transfer all belongings from my old truck to my new truck. While I was signing all paperwork they took the new truck to make sure it had a full tank of gas. Unfortunately they didn't have time to De-tail the new truck because I had to be at daughter’s softball game which started at 6:00pm. I finally left the Dealership at approx. 5:12pm and I made it to my daughter’s softball game on time. (Arrived at the ball field at 5:58pm). I recommend all my family and friends to go to Hutchinson Auto Mall for all their needs for any auto. More
I bought a "certified pre-owned" 2006 Chevy Impala from these people in March last year and it has been a pain in my neck ever since. In fact it's sitting in the service dept right now and the service rep said that it had not been touched yet because they are so backed up. I took it in yesterday for the same problem it has had since I bought it. Last time I took it in the problem could not be diagnosed is what I was told. I am anxious to see if the problem can be diagnosed this time. Frankly the fact is that I should not have bought this lemon. I am trying to hold out until I have had it for awhile and trade it in at some other dealer and purchase a new one. My sister and a friend of mine were both thinking about purchasing a Cadillac from Hutchinson until they heard of all my troubles. I make it my business to tell everyone I know to never never purchase a vehicle from Hutchinson Auto Mall. They lack integrity by selling hard working people lemons.CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!! More
I highly recommend people NEVER buy a car from Hutchinson Auto Mall!! My brother just bought a car there in November. Not only did they NOT pay off his car, but they haven't even done the financing for his Auto Mall!! My brother just bought a car there in November. He had to go and make another payment on the car he traded in or it was going to hit his credit as a late payment. When he went to the dealership today, they told him to not worry they would take care of it. Just like they told him he would get new floor mats and he never did! They are not trustworthy and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this dealership!!!! More
