14 days waiting for a diagnosis on my car. I never seen so many people in service with experience at one dealership. Had my car towed to Winter Haven Chrysler for repairs. If I could give a negative rating I would. Ever since this dealership has changed ownership the service sucks. I have had an ongoing issue with my check engine light since March of last year. Ever since this dealership has changed ownership the service sucks. I have had an ongoing issue with my check engine light since March of last year. At that time my Jeep was throwing a code for a small EVAP leak. They ran several smoke tests and stated there was no leak. Finally after 3 trips to the dealership they determined I needed a new filler neck. I have since had the filIer neck replaced but couldn't afford to pay them any more extra money for more of a run around because that didn't fix the problem. So finally I am able to see about getting it fixed and have been trying to get it looked at since the end of October. Had an appointment for November 3rd. Got a call from them the day before stating I would have to reschedule because the shop will be closed for renovations. So I schedule it for November 11th, only to be told again they will be closed due to the tropical storm. Reschedule for November 25th. Get a phone call today, no one leaves a message. I call the dealership thinking they are needing me to confirm my appointment for Friday only to be told that I scheduled my Jeep to be looked at on Thanksgiving and they are closed. I didn't make an appointment for Thanksgiving and the girl lied and stated I did. She then told me I could drop my vehicle off on Friday but they will need to keep it for at least two weeks because they are behind schedule. So basically because the girl scheduled my appointment for the wrong day, I get screwed. I will never do business with this dealership again! It's ok because I called and made an appointment with a different Jeep Chrysler dealership and they wanted to service my Jeep today and had no problem scheduling me for Friday!!! More
A number of repairs were done that required approval through the Chrysler service contract on the vehicle. Although the repairs and services were performed as needed, there was a delay in receiving the through the Chrysler service contract on the vehicle. On Saturday Feb. 6 th I had a check engine light come on on my 2015 chrysler. I took into this dealer who checked it out and told me that there was a thermostat problem. the service writer reset the light on my 2015 chrysler. I took into this dealer who checked it out and told me that there was a thermostat problem. the service writer reset the light and told me that I would need to make an appointment to have the thermostat replaced. He made the appointment for today and since I have a Chrysler Max Care warranty he would get the pre approval and make sure that they had the parts. He said it would be app.2 hours to do the job. The appointment was for today at 12 noon. I arrived at 11:45 and a different service writer came out and wanted me to have an oil change?? I told him that My van was there for a repair app.( I was in the repair lane, not the oil change lane) He then took me inside and after several minutes they found my paperwork and told me to wait in the lounge.. He said if they were going to be longer than the 2 hours he would let me know. At 2 pm. the service writer that I saw on Saturday came out and told me that they were not going to be able to make the repairs because they could not get the check engine light to come on again. This is the guy that reset the light on Sat. and told me it had to be fixed. Now he gives me this line about he thought I would bring it back when the check engine light came on again. I asked him what he was talking about since he is the one that said it needed repair and the one who made the app.. Now after wasting more than 2 hours of my time I am told that there is nothing they can do until the light comes on again. WHEN I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM MY CAR WILL NOT GO BACK TO HUSTON CHRYSLER.. Made an appointment to solve a problem with my vehicle. A 10 am appointment. The service rep advised that i had to have a list of services done to my vehicle at 30000 miles or i would loose my extended warra 10 am appointment. Not want to loose this warrant i paid over $4000 for i agreed . i call at 415 to see how much longer it would be. To be told they hadn't started on the original problem they were still working on the service items. My son gad them stop service which i didn't need and address what i brought the vehicle in for. They say nothing was found to be wrong but it still is making tge same noise. Don't take your vehicle to this place. Sure wish it was wells motor again. What a ripoff More
