Even though our part was backordered for three months from Chrysler, Arturo kept us informed of the new expected delivery for our TIPM each time it was delayed. Also, when my wife got tired of hearing th from Chrysler, Arturo kept us informed of the new expected delivery for our TIPM each time it was delayed.
