They were great, except they didn't have an appointment down which, my friend had made for me in the a.m. on that day, when he was in to get his oil changed. Its kinda confusing, he told me to go to the le down which, my friend had made for me in the a.m. on that day, when he was in to get his oil changed. I was not impressed with the service. I bought the extended warranty on this vehicle yes at a different dealership but still bought it. Plus when I took it in for the hatch not working c I bought the extended warranty on this vehicle yes at a different dealership but still bought it. Plus when I took it in for the hatch not working correctly I was still under warranty. It had a recall for the hatch. That did not fix the problem and when I brought it back it was no longer under normal warranty. I asked for a loaner car since I only have the one vehicle and was refused because it was no longer under original warranty. I have been a long time dodge/jeep customer (20 years) but at this point that is looking to change. More
