They seldom get it right. Waiting nearly 10 days for recall exhaust part. Still no call from service department regarding same. Twice took my truck back for tailgate recall. Upon purchase of Ram pickup I had to eat $895 for a surround camera that would cost me $1,500 to have third party to install in our camper. Was never told that when building in house Ram 3500 pick up. Will never consider buying another vehicle from Houston’s. More
