Although Maddy’s communication was professional, I was very disappointed with the loaner service. I was informed that I needed to return the loaner with the same amount of gas it had when it was provided very disappointed with the loaner service. I was informed that I needed to return the loaner with the same amount of gas it had when it was provided to me. However, the loaner was given to me with an empty tank. Over the six days I used the vehicle, I had to fill it with gas to commute, leaving it with half a tank at the time of return. When I asked if I could be reimbursed for the gas, since I obviously couldn’t take it back out, I was told no. This is particularly frustrating because, under normal circumstances, the dealership would not accept a loaner with less gas than it originally had. Yet in this case, they accepted the vehicle with gas they hadn’t provided. It’s unfortunate that a remedy for this issue wasn’t even considered, which leaves a bitter taste on my overall experience. Great people, Madeline is professional and prompt as are the Tech Pros; clearly understaffed however. It’s hard to get an appt, and it seems hand to mouth at times and slow others; so I assume this is a the Tech Pros; clearly understaffed however.
