Maddie was excellent, unfortunately her hands where tied above her pay grade and she had to fight to get my truck completed in 14 weeks at the dealer rather than the 20 weeks she was originally told it woul above her pay grade and she had to fight to get my truck completed in 14 weeks at the dealer rather than the 20 weeks she was originally told it would take. 14 weeks without a loaner, without a rental, without any offer to assist with my personal transportation need for the entire 14 weeks the dealer had my truck on lock down. How is this even remotely acceptable as a turn around time especially since we are talking about a power steering hose?. More
