I sold a van with low miles and in great shape to Huston on Friday, August 26. The finance manager was not working that day and would be back Monday so the salesperson agreed to get the check sent from the on Friday, August 26. The check had not arrived as of September 1, six days later and two days past the expected date. I live out of state so I could not go to the dealership. I contacted the dealership, was transferred to a numbered voicemail and called back. I was then transferred to a Mr. Huston. I requested an update on the check to which he responded sometimes this takes time. I advised that the check would be cut on Monday, August 29 and mailed that day. He promised to call me back. I did not receive a call back. The check was finally delivered today, September 6 to Lake Placid, 11 days later and one week past the expected date. I am disappointed. The business processes of the dealership are clearly inefficient as is their communication. It appears my call to Mr. Huston got the issue resolved but I would not have known until I contacted the person to whom the check was mailed. Because the dealership still has not called me back. But the vehicle was put on their website seven days ago for sale. That they got done right away. More

A number of repairs were done that required approval through the Chrysler service contract on the vehicle. Although the repairs and services were performed as needed, there was a delay in receiving the through the Chrysler service contract on the vehicle. I had a fabulous buying experience at Huston Chrysler with Ciro Molina. There was little to no pressure. We negotiated a fair price and bought our new car. On Saturday Feb. 6 th I had a check engine light come on on my 2015 chrysler. I took into this dealer who checked it out and told me that there was a thermostat problem. the service writer reset the light on my 2015 chrysler. I took into this dealer who checked it out and told me that there was a thermostat problem. the service writer reset the light and told me that I would need to make an appointment to have the thermostat replaced. He made the appointment for today and since I have a Chrysler Max Care warranty he would get the pre approval and make sure that they had the parts. He said it would be app.2 hours to do the job. The appointment was for today at 12 noon. I arrived at 11:45 and a different service writer came out and wanted me to have an oil change?? I told him that My van was there for a repair app.( I was in the repair lane, not the oil change lane) He then took me inside and after several minutes they found my paperwork and told me to wait in the lounge.. He said if they were going to be longer than the 2 hours he would let me know. At 2 pm. the service writer that I saw on Saturday came out and told me that they were not going to be able to make the repairs because they could not get the check engine light to come on again. This is the guy that reset the light on Sat. and told me it had to be fixed. Now he gives me this line about he thought I would bring it back when the check engine light came on again. I asked him what he was talking about since he is the one that said it needed repair and the one who made the app.. Now after wasting more than 2 hours of my time I am told that there is nothing they can do until the light comes on again. WHEN I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM MY CAR WILL NOT GO BACK TO HUSTON CHRYSLER.. We miss you Wells Motors. More
