Service - Recently the service department said it was time to rework the brakes on my mini van - I told them to do it. About 30 minutes later the a mechanic came to me and told me the brakes were in gre time to rework the brakes on my mini van - I told them to do it. (the vast majority of mileage is long distance so it is reasonable the brakes would have less wear than anticipated.) I appreciate that kind of integrity. Wells is the only Company I use for service for the last 30 or so years. I have always been completely satisfied, and I have always been kept informed. After so many years Wells is sort of like family. I trust them completely. They have taken the time to explain all the new gadgets/ improvements.
