Shaunah is very courteous and helpful. Is also very knowledgeable. Not enough techs in garage. Shouldn’t have to wait 2-3 weeks for service appointments and then have to wait for parts. The service manager and staff are always very helpful. I will not take my truck anywhere else for service. I am particular about my truck because I always maintained my own vehicles. These guys are complete professionals. I arrived 30 mins after the doors closed. No other customers were in sight. They could have easily gone home to their families.
