I would never want anyone but my main mechanic, things had changed alot since I had last been there, I was confused & finally saw him & immediately at ease. Shaunah is very courteous and helpful. Is also very knowledgeable. Not enough techs in garage. Shouldn’t have to wait 2-3 weeks for service appointments and then have to wait for parts. The service manager and staff are always very helpful. I will not take my truck anywhere else for service. I am particular about my truck because I always maintained my own vehicles. Now that I am unable I will not take my truck anywhere else for service. I am particular about my truck because I always maintained my own vehicles.
