Shauna has been completely disrespectful to me a 100% disabled veteran. She kicked me me out of the dealership after I had brought my 2015 ram bighorn in for repair of the airline suspension for the 2n disabled veteran. She kicked me me out of the dealership after I had brought my 2015 ram bighorn in for repair of the airline suspension for the 2nd time because repairs were not done the 1st time. She chased me out to the parking lot and chewed me out for more than 30 minutes and tore up the reports that the technician delivered as we were standing there. And continued her rant. She told me to take it to Wauchula or anywhere but Huston. I was suffering from compression sciatica which is exceedingly painful. It was very painful to drive the pickup due to the rock solid ride of the suspension. Finally after an unsuccessful repair attempt at Wauchula Alan Jay dodge ram dealership I purchased a 2004 Nissan to drive. Finally one of the employees of Huston and I met in a store and I was informed that I could return to Huston for repair work understand that I have a lifetime warranty for all repairs on my pickup. I paid 5000.00 dollars for the warranty at the time of purchase. Upon entering the service department Shauna immediately told me that there was to be no discussion of our previous encounter several months prior. She also denied having torn up the technicians report because that would be illegal. As long as I only answer her yes or no she has suddenly become polite. Pitiful. Mr Wells was a real gentleman! More
