Great people, Madeline is professional and prompt as are the Tech Pros; clearly understaffed however. It’s hard to get an appt, and it seems hand to mouth at times and slow others; so I assume this is a the Tech Pros; clearly understaffed however. Upon purchasing my vehicle, I was supposed to have my bumper fixed as it was poking out on both sides. Purchased it in early August and finally got it fixed 3 months later. It took 5 trips to the dealers bumper fixed as it was poking out on both sides. Purchased it in early August and finally got it fixed 3 months later. It took 5 trips to the dealership. I understand that steps have to be taken to figure out the cause/solution but I feel like 5 times is a little excessive. Especially because the first time I brought it in I am sure they just tried to push it in to get it to secure. They were also supposed to detail it since the day I bought it that department was closed. The bumper was still sticking out and it was not detailed when I picked it back up. Maybe washed but that’s about it. A big part of the problem was getting someone to actually answer the phone. Luis Guzman the service manager still has yet to return a few calls with voicemails left. Nelson who sold me the car was no help and wouldn’t call back like he was supposed to. Walter is the one that made it happen and stayed in contact with me through the final process. I wish I would have got him back when this all began. More
