Very disappointed in the dealership. I had a synthetic oil change done and they found a water leak. Made an additional appointment to have it diagnosed. The charge was extremely highto just have the system pressure tested. They found out I needed a hose. They supposedly flushed and and installed 2 hoses an upper and a lower hoses. Then filled the system with anti freeze. This bill was almost $1000.00 dollars. Then as the weekend (Holiday ) approached I kept smelling anti freeze. To find out the new upper hose had the clamp installed all the way forward to the radiator not allow it to properly seat or seal the upper hose allowing anti freeze to run down the radiator. I lost almost a 3/4 gallon of anti freeze which didn't even look new. I took care of it . The loose hose repostioned the clamp and added new fresh anti freeze but, this is not something I'd expect after paying as much as I did to have this kind of service work done. So sorry for the honesty. Very disappointed in the quality of mechanical workmanship. More
Poor customer service, chose to contradict customer's explanation of the issue. After multiple poor experiences with this Jeep dealer, this will be my last visit to this dealer. Always a very pleasant experience. Arturo is very professional and updates me periodically during my wait. I would have gladly paid for the snacks and drinks but they are complimentary here. I have never had a bad experience here. More
Arturo made the typical service writer mistakes of trying to upsell parts I didn't need. IE. the "DAP" (data link port, obd2 connector) for a quote of over $500 to replace. When the TIPM replacement job was finished he called to let me know and tell me what the bill total would be. I then asked him if they offered Veterans discount on parts. In an irritated tone he stated I should have asked him that up front, but I wanted to know what he was going to try to charge me first before the dealer mark up. He said 10% was the discount, but then only offered a cap of $100 dollars on the $1800 dollar part. When I showed up to pick up my 08 Ram 3500, I paid the bill and went to leave, but the airbag light was staying on. I came back in to let him know. With his irritated tone again, he stated they were unable to check that when I had the vehicle towed in due to the no start condition. He basically was calling me a liar suggesting it was a pre-existing condition. I held my tongue from chewing him a new xxx. There was nothing documented on the work order that he was issuing me an unsafe vehicle with the airbag light on. It was obvious the safety checks were not completed on the systems to see the airbag light was still on and no documentation to prove otherwise. The lead electrical tech, Edward, brought my truck back out and informed me the fuse was not seated properly and was now corrected. He offered apologies. He explained everything they trouble shot to determine it was a bad TIPM box to fix the no start condition. He was very professional. I'm very glad to have talked to him and get to know his background and he took interest in my background also. I've worked as a mechanic my whole life, worked for dealerships for over 10 years and I know how service industry works. Arturo needs to be reprimanded for his pompous unprofessional attitude and comments. He needs to realize he cannot be condescending and lie to customers. He is not smarter or superior to everyone that comes in with a broken vehicle. Arturo gets a fail. Edward deserves 5 stars. He knows how to talk to customers and be professional like one would expect at a dealership. Arturo asked if I wanted the truck washed on the phone call before i picked up. I stated please just make sure the windshield is clean when i pick up. No wash required. He failed to clean the windshield. More
Have never had a bad experience with this dealership from when it was Wells through now. They are always helpful and honest.
