Did your service advisor provide you any updates or notify you at check in what the wait time would look like? did your service include any other maintenance and or did you receive the complimentary car wash and vacuum? I would be happy to take a deeper look into this for you. An hour and a half to two hours is normal with the added services we offer - some at no additional cost to our clients.
