I needed to bring my Jeep in for a warranty repair. Less than 30k miles and all four shocks were leaking badly. Awful! Rearranged my work schedule to accommodate a day without my vehicle (difficult, as Less than 30k miles and all four shocks were leaking badly. Awful! Rearranged my work schedule to accommodate a day without my vehicle (difficult, as my work requires a vehicle to drive me around the state). Dropped the Jeep off the night prior so it would be available to work on at the start of the day. Had to leave it there all day as the dealership is not exactly close to my house, I have a busy work schedule, and it was difficult to find a ride to pick up the Jeep. I had to pay $19.99 + tax to have my tires rotated when they were already taken off the vehicle. Twenty dollars to put my tires back on in a different order? Seriously?? Most shops do this for FREE as a courtesy. I had to greatly inconvenience myself and another person to drive me back and forth, and my vehicle did not even get washed! Nor was the hybrid battery charged when it was sitting around for hours waiting to be picked up. These small, basic courtesies should always be taken care of. Customers are greatly inconvenienced when they have to go without their vehicle for an entire day through no fault of their own. The least that can be done is small courtesies like a tire rotation, quick exterior wash, and courtesy charge for PHEV vehicles. On the up side, the scheduler was friendly and professional. More

Technician required extra time in an attempt to resolve my Town & Country check engine light. Resolution was a $6000.00 fix. I was charged $375.00 to find this out. Said no thanks and followed a friends a my Town & Country check engine light. Resolution was a $6000.00 fix. I was charged $375.00 to find this out. Said no thanks and followed a friends advise and saw a exhaust specialist in Sebring who correctly diagnosed the problem and the repair with the part, including the diagnosis was $178.00 total. Huston Chrysler reimbursed me the $178.00 which I felt was fair because of the mis diagnosis. More
